Internet oh internet. You couldn't say you hate it, but you couldn't also say that it's always good. I grow up watching Catdog on our cute picture tube 21-inch heavy as a rock television on a daily basis. Whenever we wanted to get entertainment we tune in to our television to watch soap dramas, but if you found local channels boring, a premium "Cable-Television" subscription is your answer to your information-hungry mind. Going back to the ample life of no internet in 1996, all people have are the DJ's in the radio to request their playlist, and Home shopping networks to see new products unavailable to your local community Market.  These are all great if you lived in those days, but it wasn't this advanced. I remember growing up to our community market, going to some Chinese merchandising shops to search for cheap treats, and I never thought that internet will be killing these old habits of ours. I had my first desktop in 1998, it was a windows 97 PC wi...

Introduction Having an internet café is not easy as you think. Many failed in succeeding in this type of business because they think that all you need is to have a “budget” to circulate and you can have an easy business like it. But as a professional, I’d say that it isn’t really that easy task to build this kind of business. Because contrary to others belief, the reality is: you have to deal with a lot of factors when it comes to setting-up the whole café itself. From selecting the right kind of furniture, fixture, proper research to choosing the right  Internet Service Provider ISP . You might say that you don’t have any knowing in market research or you do not have the time and budget to conduct one, but I say that it’s not about the budget and the effort. It’s about knowing the basics that would make you create a good draft. A good business man would definitely agree with the fact that being prepared is far way better than no preparation at all. To help you have a...

The "young CEO" named Xian Gaza staring at his own billboard and posted it on his social media. Welcome to the world of internet where everyone is the Cinderella of their own fantasies.  The internet in the Philippines is still young considering other third world countries internet habits.  We spend almost 12 hours being idle, sitting on our couches while glaring at the monitor of our Smartphones. Crazy scripted fail videos, funny cats and Crazy Russian hackers are some of the things that defined this internet world. Videos like these gain millions of view overnight due to the "Sharing Etiquette" of Social Media Fanatic. Due to our nature that we wanted attention and wanted to share a portion of the spotlight, we do crazy shit like reacting into other videos, or posting "supposed-to-be-funny" lipsynch called DUBSMASH(which is now fucking outdated) depending on the current trend on digital world.  And lately, there is a post by Xian Gaza , a self-pr...

Sure thing, Digital is the latest trend in Marketing in this generation of people-too-lazy-to-go-out. Big brands like Nike, Adidas, Taco Bell, and small companies as bakeshops and barbershop locally are rapidly turning their traditional marketing strategies into Digital. And you can't help but wonder why do these companies invest in such a marvelous breakthrough when they can just stick to the old traditional marketing.  Easy-to-do, less manpower needed, and, easier to set-up an advertisement online are some of the perks of having digital as a primary way to advertise. It may be the wonderland of marketing, it can also help you get healthy "leads" and "inquiries" for your business, and lastly, it would help you cut cost on hiring additional manpower to do the marketing. Sounds enticing when you hear it, right? But the big question is, would you really need it for your company? Before searching google on ways to "digitalize" your brand, perhap...

Some might say that photography is an expensive art to practice. Somehow the statement is true, but for those who are passionate about photography, it's not expensive. Since I am not planning for practicing photography in full time, I've decided to purchase some gears that might help me get a better shot compared with just using Adobe Photoshop to improve my image quality.  Last 2013, While browsing for a decent USB flash disk in CDR King at SM Clark, my eyes stumbled upon a familiar looking item. It's a external camera flash for DSLR, without any hesitations, I asked the store clerk to show me the item. It's a CDR King Camera Flash TT520. I have trust issues when it comes to items that has been purchased at CDR King since most of the items I bought is... a huge f***ing failure. So for 3 years of using CDR King's TT520 external flash, i'll give my own personal review on the so-called "first photography gear released by CDR King. Physical Built...

When I was new to desktops and computers, local technicians and computer (shops) parts sellers always recommend having anti-virus software to prevent my computers from viruses and malware. As a kid, I don't have any luxury of purchasing premium anti-virus software such as AVG, Kaspersky, or Avira anti-virus software. Computer software such as AVG or Avira cost like 2500-4000 pesos. And as an average class B student like me who had an average of 1000 pesos allowance per week cannot afford software like that. The only choice I can make before is to get free version of Anti-virus software like AVG or Avira free version.
