Why should you Create Business Page on the Internet?

The internet is a huge network with different entity controlling the audience. For starters, the internet might be a complicated mechanism to control. But the internet is not as complicated as what they think.   It is rather an easy tool to market different kinds of people.
It is rare for Small and Medium sized businesses in the Philippines to have online presences on the internet, or Websites or social media pages that will advertise their products. Business owners don't invest in Digital marketing because they think that the market don't use. Or they don’t invest in simple business internet because they believe that they don’t need internet on their premises. But they do miss the point of the Internet; it is mostly used for finding a certain product. That's the reason why whenever we are looking for products or services on the internet, nothing comes up, and the best thing you could do to find it is to go out and check it in the location itself.

Customers will easily find your Products and Services
Small and Medium Businesses should start their own digital campaign. By doing this, the business will have two steps advantage to against their competitors. Setting up a digital marketing page and website will help tag Google and other search engines to index the business as a legitimate business.
Google Search engine suggests a certain website for a certain product / keyword relevant to what the customer is seeking. This includes free business listings with location services in Google maps. This means that the business name is listed for “free” in Google maps. At this budding stage of internet in the Philippines, small businesses should set-up online presence at this early stage to get one step ahead against  competitors. If the internet marketing goes popular in the next 5 years, the businesses who have online presence today will be reaping their success faster than those who will be registering in 2020.

Increase in Product Knowledge
Consumers are getting smarter when it comes to their purchasing decisions. The more product info they get from a product, the more likely they will be interested in buying it. Take note, Customers would more likely to purchase based from the reviews they read on the internet before they buy anything. With the help of product knowledge, customers will be looking for what they need from the nearest store from their location.
For business owners, it will be an advantage to have online presence for showcasing products advantage and disadvantages of the products/services they are selling. It will also help to market the product through reviews supplied by happy customers.

Internet will connect the World
A United Nations’ report stated that the world is targeting 4 billion internet users in 2020. In Europe alone, 77.6% of the total population has internet access, in developing country like the Philippines according to a Study by telehealth.ph there are average of 44.2 Million active internet users. Filipino users have average of 6 Hours of daily use of PC, despite of the fact that the growth rate of the numbers of users in progressive countries is slowing. Imagine the potential of 44.2 Million internet users in the Philippines searching the web into stumbling into any business page. To be realistic, let’s just get only 0.5% of the total internet users to view a certain business. That's roughly 220,000 possible customers that can purchase from the business page.

TIP: Proper way to put a business in the net is to set-up a  business account on Facebook.com since the site is considered as number one site that most Filipinos Visit. Facebook has  an Average of 6 Million users are accessing the website for 4 hours.  Imagine the possible reach that a business can get with advertising in Facebook.com

Importance of Having Free Internet for Businesses

Free internet service on establishment is not a wasted efforts. 40% of commuters prefer provincial buses which has a free WiFi service, rather than bus that doesn't have any internet access at all. It is because that the market love something which is free. By giving a little value-added-service such as Free WiFi, not only it would kill boredom of users, as it will also help in making your customers drop a review or check-in to the business.

This would allow the business to gain reputation when it comes to visit. Prompting the customer to return back to the business since it offers free value-added services that they can enjoy while waiting in queue.

In the Converge ICT's FTTX plan, the Committed Information Rate (CIR) is displayed as "Minimum Speed" There are many things our Internet Service Providers won't just tell us. Some of it are just "little jargons" in which we cannot totally understand, though some are very crucial when it comes to the impact to "us", subscribers. In a good way, it'll save us the trouble understanding the technicalities of network and communication. But in a bad way, not knowing these "technicalities" limits our capability to maximize our usage.
