The Philippines was named as top 16th country with high volume of the internet users by internetlivestats.com . Our country contributed to the 1.3% of the total internet users on the world with 10% growth percentage. This number signifies the need of the Filipino people to connect to the world using the internet. Sadly, only 15% of the 3.4 Million Filipino internet users have mastery on the capabilities of the internet. The remaining 85% of the users only use mainstream site “Facebook.com” as their default communication network.  They use it for gathering information about love ones, find items they wanted to buy, and to read both satire and legitimate news portals. This article aims to educate Filipinos on the use of internet besides knowing social media site like Facebook, how search engine “Google” works, and other uses of internet that some fairly know.
